De Aster 'Wood's Pink', die briljante kleuren toevoegt aan de tuin aan het einde van het seizoen, is een dwergster met massa's kleine, halfdubbele, helderroze bloemen versierd met een zonnig, geel centrum. Deze dichte, oplopende aster geniet van een blad van glanzende donkergroene bladeren, dat bekend staat om zijn uitstekende ziekteresistentie. De mooie bloesems van 'Wood's Pink' bloeien wekenlang van de late zomer tot de vroege herfst en zijn perfect voor de zonnige meerjarige borders of als randplanten.
